Testoviron® Depot Germany Bayer is an injectable testosterone product from Bayer. Testosterone enanthate is a long-acting ester of testosterone, the main male sex hormone. It is used medically to treat low testosterone, and it is the most widely discussed base compound in bodybuilding literature for building size and strength.
Testoviron® Depot Germany Bayer contains testosterone enanthate, testosterone attached to a seven-carbon enanthate ester. The ester slows the release of testosterone from the injection site, so blood levels rise over a few days and fall gradually. Testosterone enanthate has been in medical use since the 1950s for male hypogonadism, delayed puberty and some hormone-sensitive conditions. Because it is the reference hormone against which other anabolic steroids are measured, it is usually described as the foundation compound in the literature.
It contains 250 mg/ml of testosterone enanthate dissolved in a sterile oil base, usually with benzyl benzoate as a solvent and benzyl alcohol as a preservative. The enanthate ester is cleaved in the body to release free testosterone, which is identical to the hormone the body makes naturally. Supplied as 1 ml Ampoule.
